Maya Moise is a nationally ranked Olympic weightlifter, powerlifter, and rising sports law strategist dedicated to advancing equity, representation, and access in athletics. She currently works at WME Sports, focusing on basketball, where she helps shape athlete branding, marketing strategy, and long-term positioning for elite talent. Maya holds her Athlete Marketing Essentials: NIL Certification from Front Office Sports and has experience working directly with athletes to secure marketing deals and elevate their personal brands.
With a background in kinesiology and hands-on experience in sports medicine, Maya brings a uniquely athlete-informed perspective to her work, blending performance insight with legal strategy. She is a published author in the Harvard Undergraduate Law Review, where her writing explores NIL policy, athlete compensation, and collective bargaining, redefining what it means to lead at the intersection of sports, law, and community.
